2012 Northwest Bug Run

The 27th Annual Northwest Bug Run will be held on Saturday June 2th, 2012
at the Woodburn Dragstrip (just south of Portland) in Woodburn, Oregon.

VW Car Show
VW Swap Meet
VW Drag Racing
Burn-out Contest with prizes
Blow-Up Motor (with proceeds to our annual Charity)

Registration 8am-10am
Show and Shine 8am-2pm
Drag Racing starts at 9am

Show Cars: $20
Swap Space: $20
Racers: $30

At the Gate

Adults: $15
Ages 6-14: $5
Under 6: FREE

Thanks Everyone!

The Northwest Bug Run was a huge success this year!
It was bright sunny NW day, and the crowds were bigger than ever.

The numbers are still out, but we had over 250 Show Cars this year.
Everything from early split windows, deluxe micro-buses, notches, to some wild Rat Rods and Turbo Watercooled A-Series.

What is the Bug Run?

The Northwest Bug Run is one of largest VW Car Show / Swap Meets in the Northwest.
Presented by The Rose City Volksters of Portland, Oregon; The Annual Show is now in it’s 26th year, with thousands of people attending to swap, sell, drag race and view the hundreds of cars in the in the Car Show.

All Volkswagens of any year or model are welcome, and we have show classes for most all models!

From Aircooled Oval’s, early/late Type I’s, II’s, and III’s … to  Watercooled A-1/A-5,  Beetle’s and Passat…. You’ll see them all!

Come for the cars, even swap an few stories and parts… See you June 4 in Woodburn.
